Hi, My name is Eric Stowe. I am the owner and trainer at Vault Fitness. Most of my adult life I was overweight. I enjoy being in the outdoors. I like to hunt, fish, snowboard, and golf. At 42 and 300 pounds I no longer had the energy and drive to do the things I love. Due to poor nutrition and inactivity I was on the verge of high cholesterol and diabetes. I found myself watching others change their lives while I stayed on the couch.
That has all changed.
Today I am able to do all the things I love to do. I still suffer from the aches and pains of living a poor lifestyle but I designed a program to work around my injuries so that I can get a safe effective workout. Vault Fitness allows me to bring these workouts to you.
My goal is to deliver sustainable fitness because I believe that injuries that take you out of the gym are setbacks that lead to losing the gains you worked so hard to achieve. More importantly injuries that take you out of the gym greatly increase your chances of losing the motivation that got you through the door in the first place. I want to deliver a workout that you can do at 30 years old and still be able to do it at 60 and beyond.
