OPEN 6 DAYS PER WEEK
Monday through Friday classes start at 4 a.m. each hour until 10 a.m., then start back up again at 2 p.m. Classes run for about 45 minutes. The last class of the day starts at 7 p.m. These classes focus on specific muscle groups combined with circuit training focused on balance, agility and coordination with a cardio overtone.
On Saturdays classes start at 6 a.m. and the last class starts at 10 a.m. Saturday classes bring all the muscles together in a fun training session that will prepare you for the activities of daily life.
Our program doesn’t just help you get fit. It keeps you functional, active and agile. With a balanced workout you will develop the skills that can take you from playground to obstacle course racing. We can help you reach your goals. You set them and we will lead you in the right direction.

Weight Loss Challenges
We know many of you want to lose weight. We want to give our members as many options as possible to help them lose those extra pounds. Sometimes a friendly competition with the rest of the group is just the motivation needed to get that weight loss started. We regularly offer weight loss challenges in which our members put $20 into a prize pot that is split between the male and female participant that loses the highest percentage of weight during the challenge.
We have maintenance competitions because we know from experience how easy it is to do a weight loss challenge and then regain the weight we lost as soon as the competition was over. We really don’t want to focus on just weight loss. We want people to develop good habits that keep them stronger for longer. Part of getting stronger for longer is getting to a healthy weight and being able to maintain that weight without dieting. So we offer Weight Loss Challenges to help people take off some weight and Maintenance competitions so that they learn how to keep it off. There is no charge to participate in maintenance competitions, but we do offer prizes.
